JR&PH7 - Remix Contest Winner

Ladies & Gents..
few months ago we´ve given away the acapella of JR&PH7´s “Take It To The Streets ft. Iriscience & Planet Asia”  for a remixcontest. well it took us same time to take care of other things like e.g. RUN VIE - but finally we have dug ourselves through the files in our soundcloud dropbox.. one noticeably thing:  a pretty big part couldn´t handle the tempo / flow of the acapella, which is actually not the best attribute of a becoming beatmaker / producer.
anyway- there was one outstanding mix with a fresh beat, good arrangement and ideas and also an ok sound!
To make things short - the winner is young austrian beatmaker Kalifornia Kurt ! Congrats!

His mix will be on the JR&PH7 remix album alongside artists like fLako, Philta, Suff Daddy, Adlib, Brenk, The Clonious and many more! the digital release is scheduled for late 2009!

Thx! to those you have sent in remixes for our little project here! Since we´re still waiting for a few mixes, plus have to go through all the already sent-in treatments…we´ll postpone the deadline to mid / end may.

Ps: The Bpms aren´t exactly a 88,5 - we wanted to correct this, but won´t post the exact bpms after all. Most of the mixes / acapellas have the right tempo, some don´t at all.  It should be easy for y´all to get the grip on the right tempo, if you can´t do so, you´d better listen to more rap music and keep on trying to get it done right.
